So, lately I've been doing a lot of spinning in my attempt to lose some of the extra weight I've gained over the last couple of years.. At some point you just have to say stop(!) and do something about it. So I did.. And it's working.. Besides, I've come to like the weekly exercise. It's more intense than anything I've ever done before..So if you think you're carrying a little bit too much weight my advise to you is "get up on that bike!"
